How much is the deposit of my booking and how can I pay?Title for This Block
The pre-authorization/security deposit of EUR 100 is charged when you check in, this amount is returned upon check out if in cash and after the check out if by credit card. Usually pre-authorizations take 24 h to be released however some banks might take up to 15 days to refund specially outside the EU.
Which is your cancellation policy?
Please verify the cancelation policy of the rate you purchased.
Because of the size of our company, last minute cancellations are of great negative impact for us, as a result, our guests are obliged to respect a cancellation policy stricter and less friendly. There are no fees for Flexible Rates with cancellations made 3 days before arrival, after that the total amount of the booking will be charged.
Are there any hidden costs?
Absolutely not, all the prices on our website include all the costs of the booking.
City tax (2 EUR per person per night) is the only tax that can only be charged on arrival and it is mandatory for all the establishments in Lisbon and Porto.
Where can I pick up the apartment keys?
The check in and handover of keys is completed inside the apartment upon your arrival.

Can I bring my pet?
Yes, we love to welcome our 4 paws friends. Many hotels forbid the entrance of pets as it is a high demand task in terms of cleaning but we love them and are happy to accept them. However in order to not disturb our hotel operation or other guests we have our rules that must be respected by all our guests bringing pets. You can see our rules here:Failing to comply with the rules will result in the immediate termination of the reservation.
Why I am not able to see the price of the pet in other channels?
You can see our prices when you make a direct reservation, however in websites like Booking.com it is not possible to add this information due to a limitation on their website. We know they are working on it hopefully all the hotels will be able to soon had the information in all the channels.
If I am bringing a pet am I responsible for obtaining all the information before arriving to the hotel?
Yes, just like you would do if you were flying with your pet it is your responsibility to inform us that you are bringing your pet, and reading our conditions before you make your booking. The conditions are published in multiple places: Here in the FAQ; our main page and in our T&C .
What happens if I break something?
We will have your security deposit, for guaranteeing against damage, we will charge the fair amount to cover costs of replacement.
Do I need to pack my own travel iron or hairdryer?
We have these items available to borrow. Ask our team when you arrive.
Is the apartment daily cleaned?
Our apartments are cleaned every day until 3 pm.
Is it possible to cook in the apartments?
We have a fully-equipped kitchen so you can feel at home.
Is there AC in the apartments?

All of our apartments are non-smoking.
Is there any parking station nearby?
The nearest private parking from the hotel is Campo Mártires da Pátria (400 m). It will cost around 14 euros per 24 hours.

How safe is the area next to the hotel?
In front of the hotel we have the main Police Building of the city center and the biggest public hospital – São José, both have 24h patrols. Of course as any big city there is robberies and pickpockets everywhere, we advise to pay special attention on the trams and near extremely busy squares.
Are all your apartments centrally located and accessible via public transportation?
Yes we are just in the heart of the city next to the most famous squares but not in the middle of the touristic traps. When you arrive we will offer you our personalized map and you can get to some of the most famous attractions minutes away from the hotel.
